Tom Cerino Tom has over 20 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant, nightclub and entertainment industries. Tom dedicated 8 years to hotel management as Food & Beverage Director at the Sheraton Crescent, Orange Tree Resort and The Radisson. While at the Orange Tree, Tom won National Honors as voted by his peers in the industry. As an Owner/Operator of several restaurant/bar establishments, Tom has a proven history of outstanding operation and management skills. He has been responsible for the bottom line success of many establishments. While managing the Cajun House, Tom succeeded in turning a negative revenue producing business into a $30,000.00 a week profit machine. As an Owner/Operator of the Bobby McGee’s Bar in Scottsdale, Tom created notable profits from successful promotions and ad campaigns. Tom was also responsible for producing solid profits, sound staff and satisfied clientele at the Velvet Room. Tom also has a proven success record of opening new venues. He was responsible for everything regarding the construction, hiring, training, customer service standards, operations and profit/loss management of such establishments as Scorch Bar, Gonzo’s Restaurant and Bar and most currently E4 Nightclub. As a result of Tom’s involvement all business’ experienced a result in positive profits and public success at the time of opening and operation. While effectively increasing profits, improving service, maintaining high quality staff performance and controlling costs, each establishment Tom has contributed to; has prospered with increased profit margins and optimum efficiency in operations during his involvement. He studies and effectively improves everything from the menu and pour costs, the staffing efficiency, the patron environment, the entertainment, the marketing and public relations and then ultimately the customer satisfaction. In addition, Tom has also worked in the entertainment industry. He has been involved in the Tour Management for such artists as Joey DeFrancesco, Khani Cole, Nelson Rangell, Marion Meadows, Jeff Kashiwa, Dominic Chianese and Joe Pesci. He also has production experience. All of this knowledge provides Tom with connections for booking talent, managing bands and creating live entertainment and promotions for an added interest to patrons. In the most recent years Tom produced television commercials, three local and two national television shows that aired on WGN and E. Randy Feldman Randy’s 18 years in the restaurant/bar industry began with The Bobby McGee’s Corporation. By beginning as a bus boy, he diligently climbed the corporate ladder and learned every facet of the industry. His career with Bobby McGee’s culminated with the recognition as DJ of the Year and the responsibility as Entertainment Director for 11 McGee’s locations. Taking this all-encompassing experience and his earned reputation of excellence in the industry, Randy acquired the position of Entertainment Director and Resident Disc Jockey for Tri-Yar Management. The Tri-Yar organization was responsible for two of the largest and highly successful venues in Arizona. Those venues were the Empire Nightclub and the Sanctuary Nightclub. In his 7 years with Tri-Yar, Randy’s responsibilities evolved to include front and back of the house management, training and maintaining a staff of over 70 employees and the complete imaging of the venues. This experience created the opportunity to become the Entertainment Director for Evening Entertainment Group (E.E.G.), which encompassed the responsibility for all events for Axis/Radius, Suede and Jetz Americana. Randy’s track record of success then lead to his opportunity to become an equity owner/operator in E4. His networking skills and knowledge of the industry has proven to be invaluable to the venue. With his knowledge of the entertainment, public relations, music and management side of this industry, Randy Feldman is a proven asset to ensure success. |
